How we work out your results
Cost per lead = ad spend divided by the number of leads. Cost per new customer uses new customers instead. A lead is a person who contacts you. A customer is a person who buys.
For a what-if estimate, we use the rates you enter. For example, 6% means 6 out of 100. We work through the steps once. We do not add the same gain twice.
We keep your ad budget and number of clicks the same. If you add a limit on how many customers you can serve, the estimate stops at that limit.
To estimate what is left from a customer, we multiply what they pay you by the share left after serving them. This amount is before ad and sales costs. It is not your final profit.
Outside reports are only a guide. Their numbers may come from different businesses or use different rules. A gap does not prove that you wasted money. A sale linked to an ad does not prove the ad caused it.
The goal isn't just more leads.
It's a clearer path to profitable customers.
